On this day, the class had a casual teacher and she had our set work which was to complete certain questions and requirements on the textbook about acids and bases. The purpose of this was to learn about Acids and bases to help us in our future practicals. But i didn’t get much of the work done. It was my friends fault. They wanted to talk to me, so i decided to talk back.

Today we did an assessment on writing practical reports and we were given a scaffold with results and we had to determine what the practical would be and the purpose of it. It was pretty easy and i might get alot of answersv right but some of the question sections were confusing.

Today we did the Decomposition and Combustion practicals and the purpose of the pracitcals was to learn about the process of Decomposition and Combustion. it was pretty spectacular for the combustion when the magnesium reacted to the fire it made a blinding light. But the decompostion was confusing

We did the class test on the first chapter about the elements and the Periodic Table. The purpose of the test was to make our permanent grade instead of the raw grade and this would determine whether we would drop in a grade or advance in a grade. I wasn’t sure if i did well in the test but i am aiming for a passing mark

On today I was doing my experiments on 2 reactions, which were combustion and decomposition.

The result for the combustion experiment were very blinding- in the eye, the magneuom was blindingly bright.

The result for decomposition was very calm and was very lackluster. tyhe limewater did nothing

Well, I am going to tell about combustion and decomposition reactions. Combustion reactions are reactions where you burn somethig in oxygen

Example: Propane + Oxygen make carbon dioxide + water

Decomposition reactions are the opposite of combinationn reaction. 1 substance breakes down to 2 or more substances, the general equation is

1. Summary of 2nd Project
   My summary on the 2nd project (Precipitation) is that the when you mix 3 drops of silver nitrate solution and 5 drops of sodium chloride solution it makes a very faint solid on the top of the 2 liquids.
2. Thoughts/Feelings on 2nd project and group
   I personally think that my group have done great for now and the thoughts on the project was that the solid was pretty lackluster.
3. Todays Class
   I was doing 2 projects one being about corrosion and the other Precipitation. After we did these projects we did are journals on WordPress
